MISSION
The mission of Vo Truong Toan University is to put into practice the “University City” model with quality education, training, research, community services, and modern social services. .
VISION
With a vision to 2030, Vo Truong Toan University is the place to operate a professional and high-quality education and training system to meet the learning and research needs of Hau Giang people in particular and the whole country in general; develop a system of community services and social services to meet the national and international development needs to the maximum.
